MSU ALUMNI CLUB OF MID-MICHIGAN BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Your MSU Alumni Club of Mid-Michigan Board of Directors consists of
18 members. New members are selected each December to serve a three year term beginning in January. The Board meets on a monthly basis to plan club events and activities.

Our mission is to recognize outstanding MSU faculty for quality teaching and continued involvement in undergraduate education.

Textbook Scholarship:
Our mission is to provide textbook scholarships to 10 MSU freshmen based on academic and extracurricular achievements.

Golf (Steve Smith Charity Challenge):
Our mission is to raise funds for charity the Steve Smith Pershing High School Scholarship, a local children's charity and club activities.

MSU Sporting Events for Members:
The purpose of the Sporting Events Committee is to increase awareness of the club and offer value-added events to the Club’s members via activities centered on various MSU sports.

MSU Non-Sporting Events for Members:
The non-sporting events committee seeks to add value to alumni association membership for Mid-Michigan Spartans. This committee creates opportunities to boost club members’ involvement with the university, and interaction with other area alumni.

Membership Development & Outreach
This Committee works to engage Spartan alumni, encourage involvement in the MSU Alumni Club of Mid-Michigan, and cultivate and manitain memberhsip while being ambassadors for MSU promoting Spartan Pride.

Member Communications & Publicity
Our goal is to ensure that all tri-county Spartans are aware of the opportunities provided by the MSU Alumni Club of Mid-Michigan.

University Assistance/Mini-Grants
Our goal is to provide financial support through a Grant application process to non-revenue sports and University clubs and organizations.

Endowed Scholarship/Crystal Ball:
This committee facilitates an annual semi-formal event to raise funds for the Club’s Endowed Scholarship Fund and Club activities. The Spartan Crystal Ball committee plans and implements all the details for the Ball.
